Went out to Ippudo for dinner tonight with friends and had amazing ramen, I highly recommend it! I had the Akamaru Chashu - pork belly, you cannot go wrong. I also had a Lychee Mojito, and let me tell you. I needed that.

I'm shooting a wedding tomorrow, which I'm super nervous about, I have been going over everything I need to do in my head all week and am about to bust from the stress I'm putting on myself! This is my first time shooting a wedding, wish me luck! Obviously, I had to practise some simple but elegant make-up to wear tomorrow, because that was 100% absolute priority ;)

On a side note, a question for fellow bloggers. Where do you upload your images to? I have had so many problems from the beginning, starting with Blogger and now Photobucket and I'm really not enjoying uploading to Flickr, so any recommendations would be great!

  1. Girl, you are gorgeous. And now, I want that Shadow Stick. I want it BAD. T xx

  2. So pretty, Maybelline On & On Bronze is definitely one of my favourite cream shadows!

  3. I absolutely love this look! It's similar to something I personally wear on a daily basis.

  4. This is such a great everyday look, love it!
As for photos, for my posts I just upload them via blogger (just in the image upload thingy in the post) and for the other pictures on my blog I host them on tinypic!

  5. Brodie, you are beyond gorgeous! How do you love the Bobbie Brown corrector?? I may have to shell out the cash for that because I can't find a corrector that I love. Also, do you have anymore recommendations for concealer... or any tips for applying the Nars creamy concealer? I tried it recently and I didn't like it because it set into the lines under my eyes :(

    1. I don't know how I feel about the corrector - I mean, it cost me $40 and it's a tiny little pot, so that pisses me off. But, I wouldn't have bought it if I didn't think it worked. I forever put concealer on my dark circles and they just go grey, and even the MAC concealer I bought because the girl said it would counteract dark circles doesn't work. The Bobbi Brown corrector actually completely counteracts the blue colour and using this with a concealer actually works! And as for Nars...I apply very little, and I use my fingertips. I also alwaayyss set concealer with powder, so that always helps too!

  6. Loving the look, girl! Aww man, Ippudo! I'm so missing Sydney right now. My housemate took me there when I first arrived and I loved it so much, I took my family there too when they came to visit me. I didn't get to try the drinks though, which is unfortunate because that mojito on your Instagram looked amazing! You have such nice eyelashes, by the way. Mine are so short and I find them so difficult to curl! Ugh.

Oh, howcome you don't like Flickr for uploading photos? Flickr is the best, in my opinion! I've never used Blogger to upload anything and Photobucket is just rubbish.

    1. How yum is the ramen - I am salivating thinking about it right now haha. And they have so many amazing cocktails, I am going to go back and try a Sake cocktail, because that sounds so interesting to me!
And thankyou, I have been blessed with decent eyelashes, but unfortunately years of picking my mascara off has now left them a lot thinner and sparse than they used to be :( Bad habits!

I only don't like Flickr because I can't find a direct link for photos! Like, the actual web address of the photo so I can insert it into posts. I can only find like, the full link including a linkable image and dimensions etc. and it just annoys me haha. Maybe I just don't know how to use Flickr...

    2. Ooh, Sake! that does sound interesting. I drank Sake while I was in Japan and it's really lovely when it's warm. :)

Oh, you have to click on the image in your Photostream and on the sidebar there's '...', click that and scroll down to "Download / All sizes" and then from there, you choose what dimensions you want your image to be by right clicking 'Copy image URL'. I choose 1600x1067 and then set the dimensions to be smaller in the actual image HTML, so that they're nice and crisp for retina display. :)

    3. Excellent, I just tried it then and it's perfect! So much easier. Definitely using Flickr from now on :) Thankyouuuuu!

  7. Beautiful look, you are so pretty!
